16-02-2012 - Mourik E&I has acquired the EV-Box dealership for the placing and installing of electric charging points for electric vehicles in the Netherlands.
EV-Box has developed a charging station for electric vehicles and is one of the market leaders in the Netherlands. The model is constructed from synthetic material and is 100% recyclable. Everybody is enthusiastic about the design and the striking communication by means of coloured LED lighting. The EV-Box BackOffice module with web interface takes care of the management of the charging station so that everyone can charge up and then pay the manager.
The First Renault Fluence connected to Charging Station Weteringsebroek

It was extraordinary to have the first 100% electric Renault Fluence (Number plate 18-SXK-4) in The Netherlands on the first day of Christmas 2011, and to fill up for free using the EV-Box charging station at WeteringseBroek.NL, This car was licensed on the 23rd of December 2011. The first of its kind in the Netherlands.
We waited three years for this 100% electric Renault.
It was good to see that it worked straight away on the EV-Box charging station.
According to Harry van de Haar from the charging station Weteringsebroek this is another first for the municipality of Voorst.
